This Price List applies to the rent and use of scooters made available by WIND Mobility LTD (“WIND”). Terms in capitals used in this Price List shall have the meanings as defined in the Terms of Service.
1 Scooter Rates

2 Registration
2.1 The creation of a WIND Account is free of charge.
2.2 In order to verify your payment method, we will deduct a small amount which will be immediately refunded to you. You will be notified during the registration process and prior to the deduction.
2.3 Except in the case of a Personal Subscription, no deposit is required for using our scooters.
3 Terms applicable to all Rates
The following general terms apply to all rates:
3.1 The Rental Time begins once a scooter is unlocked by scanning its QR code with the WIND app and the scooter’s electric power is activated.
3.2 The Rental Time ends when the scooter is properly returned in accordance with the Terms of Service.
3.3 You can pause your ride and park the scooter if you are not ready to end the ride. Each pause is considered to be part of the Rental Time and you will continue to be charged the basic rate per minute. You are allowed to rent the same or a different scooter immediately after ending your ride.
4 Basic Rate and Standard Rate for Scooter Rentals
4.1 The basic and standard rate for your scooter rental will be displayed in the WIND App when you click on the scooter icon.
5 Personal Subscription of a WIND scooter
5.1 The rate for the Personal Subscription is displayed in the WIND app under the “My E-Scooter” menu. The term of the Personal Subscription is one month beginning from the day you receive a scooter, helmet and a charger. The Personal Subscription is automatically extended for a period of one month until cancelled by you.
5.2 For a Personal Subscription, the available payment methods are credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Bonus amounts cannot be used to pay for a Monthly Subscription.
5.3 On the day you receive a scooter and a scooter charger to use throughout the duration of your Personal Subscription, your chosen payment method will be charged with a security deposit in the amount of £50 in addition to the first month rate for your Personal Subscription.
5.4 At the end of your Personal Subscription, you must return the scooter and the scooter charger to WIND at your own cost with the scooter and the scooter charger being in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excluded. WIND will return the Deposit to you via the same payment method used to pay for it. If WIND finds, in its sole discretion that you did not return the scooter and/or the scooter charger in good working condition and as received other than ordinary wear and tear, WIND may charge you part of or the entire amount of the Deposit.
5.5 If WIND choses to withhold some or part of the Deposit, you will not have any claim or demand against WIND in that regard. You will be sent a breakdown and overview of the charges incurred in case your Deposit is withheld.
5.6 The charge for a mechanical lock for usage during your Personal Subscription is £20, you may keep the mechanical lock after the end of your Personal Subscription.
5.7 If you do not show up for a scooter handover, you will be charged£15for re-delivery or rescheduling pick-up.
6 Returning Scooters outside the Operating Area
6.1 Ending your ride and returning a scooter outside the Operating Area is not allowed. Abandoning a scooter outside the Operating Area will incur charges for you including 60 minutes additional base rate until the scooter is automatically locked and a charge of£20for abandoning a scooter.
6.2 When parking bays are available in the city where the Scooter Rental takes place, you are required to return and park the scooter in one of the parking bays. In that case, parking a scooter outside a parking bay will incur a charge for you of £7.50.
7 Additional Charges for breaches of our Terms of Service
7.1 If your payment is wrongly charged back or otherwise returned, we will charge you any reasonable and documented bank fees imposed on us as a result.
7.2 For reminder letters in the event of a default payment WIND charges a reminder fee of£5. In case of a court order, WIND will charge You a fee of £10.
7.3 In the event a scooter is parked without being properly locked or in a way that doesn’t comply with our Terms of Service (see under “Return of a Scooter”) and you are at fault we will charge you an administrative fee £20.
7.4 In the case WIND decides, at its sole discretion, to provide you with a helmet for the Individual Scooter Rental, you must return the helmet once your ride has ended. If you do not return the helmet, you will be charged a fee of £20.
7.5 Any fines, fees, charges or costs that are imposed on us due to your breach of traffic, parking or other laws will be passed on to you.
7.6 If the actual cost and expense to us in relation to any incident exceeds any administrative fee mentioned above, we reserve the right to claim an amount corresponding to the total cost and expense we actually incur. You will be sent a breakdown of the charges prior to the deduction.
7.7 All due fines, fees, charges or costs as well as any additional payments due from you, for example resulting from damage to or loss of a scooter, will be automatically debited from your account.
8 Liability and Charges for damages to a WIND scooter
8.1 Your liability for damage to the scooter or for loss (including theft) of a scooter is limited to the documented costs that we actually incur but your liability is capped at £500. However, this cap will not apply if in our reasonable opinion you deliberately caused the loss or damage.
8.2 You will be charged for damages attributable to you as follows:
(a) You will be charged £50 for damages to the main battery, the main handlebar pole, the scooted frame, the main vertical pole or the IoT communication module.
(b) You will be charged £25 for damages to the front brake cable, the rear brake cable, the front fork, the kickstand, the IoT holder or the gas throttle.
(c) Any other damage attributable to you shall be repaired at a rate of £20 per hour and the cost will be charged to you.
