This Price List applies to the rent and use of Vehicles made available by WIND Mobility GmbH (“WIND”). Terms in capitals used in this Price List shall have the meanings as defined in the  Terms of Service .

1 Overview

2 Registration

2.1 The creation of a WIND Account is free of charge.

2.2 No deposit is required for using our Vehicles.

3 Terms applicable to all Rates

The following general terms apply to all rates:

3.1 The Rental Time begins once a Vehicle lock is unlocked. 

3.2 The Rental Time ends when the Vehicle is properly returned in accordance with the Terms of Service. 

3.3 Each break during a ride is deemed to be part of the Rental Time. Users are allowed to rent the same or a different Vehicle immediately upon return of a Vehicle. 

3.4 In the event a Vehicle is returned before the end of the specified Rental Time per ride, any remaining minutes expire, even if the Vehicle is rented again immediately upon return. 

4 Basic Rate and Standard Rate for Electric Scooter Rentals

4.1 The basic rate due for each Electric Scooter Rental is € 1.

4.2 The standard rate applicable during Electric Scooter Rental is € 0.15 per minute (or part thereof). 

5 Standard Rate for Bike Rentals

5.1 No basic rate applies for a Bike Rental. 

5.2 The standard rate applicable during a Bike Rental is € 1 per 20-minutes Rental Time (or part thereof). WIND has the right to adapt this Base Rate at any time according to demand. Adapted rates will be displayed to the user in the application before the rent begins.

6 Returning Vehicles outside the Operating Area

The rate for returning a Bike outside the Operating Area is € 50. The rate for returning an Electric Scooter outside the Operating Area is € 100. 

7 One Day Rate for Bike Rentals

7.1 The rate for the day pass for each type of Bike is € 3 for twenty-four (24) hours beginning from the date of purchase. For example, if you purchase the day pass at 3 p.m. of a day, it is valid until 3 p.m. of the following day.

7.2 The rate for the day-pass includes up to twelve rides with any Bike and a Rental Time for up to thirty (30) minutes per ride. In the event of a continued use of a Bike after expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use. 

8 One Month Rate (single month) for Bike Rentals

8.1 The rate for the one month pass for each type of Bike is € 20 for 30 days beginning from the date of purchase, whereby the day of purchase is already counted. For example if you purchase the one-month pass on the 13th of a month it is valid until and including the 12th of the following month. 

8.2 The one-month pass includes unlimited rides with any Bike and a Rental Time for up to two (2) hours per ride. In the event of a continued use of a Bike after expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use. 

9 Monthly Subscription for Bike Rentals

9.1 The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription for each type of Bike is € 10 per contract month from the date of the Subscription. For example if you subscribe for the monthly Subscription on the 13th of a month, the first contract month begins on the same day and ends on the 12th of the following month. 

9.2 The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription includes up to two (2) rides per calendar day with any Bike per ride and a Rental Time of up to thirty (30) minutes per ride.  In the event of a continued use of a Bike after expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use. 

9.3 The monthly Subscription has an indefinite contractual term and can be cancelled by the user at any time to the end of each contract month and by WIND with a notice period of 3 days to the end of each contract month. If the Subscription starts on the 13th of a month as in our example, it can be cancelled with effect to the 12th of each following month. If no cancellation is made prior to the end of a contract month, the Subscription is automatically extended for an additional month. 

10 Monthly Subscription Plus for Bike Rentals

10.1 The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription ”plus” for each type of Bike is € 15 per contract month from the date of the Subscription. For example if you subscribe for the monthly Subscription plus on the 13th of a month, the first contract month begins on the same day and ends on the 12th of the following month.

10.2 The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription plus includes up to four (4) rides per calendar day with any Bike per ride and a Rental Time of up to thirty (30) minutes per ride. In the event of a continued use of a Bike after expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use. 

10.3 The monthly Subscription plus has an indefinite contractual term and can be cancelled by the user at any time to the end of each contract month and by WIND with a notice period of 3 days to the end of each contract month. If the Subscription starts on the 13th of a month as in our example, it can be cancelled with effect to the 12th of each following month. If no cancellation is made prior to the end of a contract month, the Subscription is automatically extended for an additional month. 

11 Annual Subscription for Bike Rentals

11.1 The subscription fee for the annual Subscription for each type of Bike is € 50 per year, starting from the first day of validity. For example if you subscribe for the annual Subscription on April 13 of a year, the first contract year ends April 12 of the following year. 

11.2 The subscription fee for the annual Subscription includes up to two (2) rides per calendar day with any Bike per ride and a Rental Time of up to thirty (30) minutes per ride. In the event of a continued use of a Bike after expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use. 

11.3 The annual Subscription has an indefinite contract term and can be cancelled by the user at any time to the end of each contract year and by WIND with a notice period of 3 days to the end of a contract year. If the Subscription begins on April 13 of a year as in our example, it can be cancelled with effect to April 12 of each following year. If no cancellation is made prior to the end of a contract year, the Subscription is automatically extended for an additional year. 

12 Additional Fees for violations of our Terms of Service

12.1 If return debits occur for which you are responsible, we charge any bank fees imposed on us as a result of the return debit as well as a service fee of € 2.

12.2 For warning letters in the event of default of payment we charge a flat service fee of € 2 per letter. 

12.3 In the event a Vehicle is parked without proper sealing or in a non-approved area in violation of clause 6 of our Terms of Service, we will charge a service fee of up to € 30, depending on the actual workload and costs required by the situation. The Rental Time also continues to run in these cases until the respective Vehicle is returned in accordance with our Terms of Service, but no longer than 48 hours after the Vehicle has been parked in breach of the Terms of Service. The aforementioned costs (service fees and rental fees) do not apply if you are not responsible for the violation of our Terms of Service. 

12.4 Any fees and fines imposed on us due to administrative offences for which you are responsible, will be passed on to you. In addition, we will charge a service fee of € 2 per transaction.

12.5 Your liability for damages to a Bike or for damages from theft and loss of a Bike is limited to

€ 300. This limitation shall not apply in the event of willful intent or gross negligence. 

12.6 Your liability for damages to an Electric Scooter or for damages from theft and loss of an Electric Scooter is limited to € 450. This limitation shall not apply in the event of willful intent or gross negligence. 

12.7 In the event that the actual expenses and/or costs exceed the applicable service fees, we reserve the right to charge a service fee corresponding to the expenses and costs actually incurred.
